FAQ
Which AI do you use?
Whichever suits you: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini. If you already pay for one, we'll usually build on that.
Is our client information safe?
Business plans from the major AI providers don't use your data to train their models by default. We check the settings on your plan, set clear rules for staff, and keep sensitive information out where it should stay out.
Do my staff need to be technical?
No. If they can write an email, they can use what we set up.
What kind of businesses is this for?
Offices with 2–20 people doing a lot of writing, admin and client communication: accountants, lawyers, clinics, agencies, trades offices and similar.
How long does it take?
About two weeks from the workshop to your team using it, depending on how quickly we can get access to your systems.
