Privacy policy

Last updated: 24 September 2026

Kerb Automation ("we", "us") provides AI setup, AI search visibility and database reactivation services to Australian businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Two kinds of information we handle

How we use and disclose information

We use personal information only for the purposes above. We never sell it, and we never use one agency's contacts for another agency or for our own marketing.

We use trusted service providers to run our services, including SMS and email delivery, calendar, hosting and AI text-processing providers. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers with appropriate security and contractual protections.

Unsubscribing

Every campaign message includes a way to opt out. Opt-outs are actioned promptly and passed back to the agency so it can update its records.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls and encrypted services. We keep campaign data only as long as needed to run and report on the agency's campaigns and reruns, then delete or de-identify it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing kovid@kerbautomation.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
